Doorknob looked new but upon reading the instructions the emergency battery back up kit was missing and it said batterys are not included and there were already batterys installed

Got it to turn smooth without the back piece but once thats added i cant get it to turn smoothly no matter what i do

Therefor the automated setup wont work as it doesnt turn smooth enough to trigger it
