None of the packaging was damaged so they had to have been packaged that way

The dishwasher dulls the outside and destroys the non stick coating
I purchased this item online and they don’t sell this particular set in the the store

She always wanted a deep skilletfrying pan with a seethrough lid
My wife and i love this set better than our 1st rachael ray set
