I am unsure if what i got was a bad batch but i had purchased 4 x 6pack boxes of this to start up and for shocking for the season

The chlorine never got up to shock level and the cya went up 50 more than it should have with such a type of shock

Again im not sure if this was a bad batch but i attempted bags from each of the 4 boxes i purchased and none of them did what i calculated they should do
