The product is sturdy and has been helpful in relieving some of the pain i experience from having plantar fasciitis
The ability to turn onoff heat and adjust foot pressure as needed works well including control via remote
The squeezing air pocket action on 5 is painful and no way to turn that feature off
Ended smashing the ir sensor to make it stop as she always uses it taking a break in front of the tv
Price
This product is excellent for the price
Its reasonably priced and well worth the investment
I decided to spend some money on a foot massager since i bought a cheaper one and it was not good
Imo not having to hear her in pain is worth a lot more than what i paid

Customer service is awesome very quick and provided the assistance we needed
This massage device came quickly and was easy to learn to operate
Upon receiving the product it was evident that care was taken in shipping this to my door
They sent me a letter welcoming me and information on the warranty
Packaging/appearance
Styro inner packaging protected the massager snuggly
The only thing i don’t like was the styrofoam used in packaging
As soon as i got the package i opened it and treated myself to 5 massage sessions back to back
It came well packaged and looks very high end

Have tried other foot massagers but miko shiatsu beats them all
This massager works better than any others i have tried in the past

Note that my wife tried using massager but was concerned about it aggravating arthritis in her big toe so she decided not to use it

Also in my case i have size 13 us sized feet the massager is just barely long enough to get my whole foot inside it so the bottom heal part of my foot only gets moderate massaging
