I can't say for sure if his/her were or not, but i think it's very possible they weren't - as i initially thought mine were too

Also, i saw one reviewer say his screws were short - so he had to take the shoe organizer back to the store

Unfortunately - although fortunately for me - they didn't have the one i wanted to buy, so i opted for this one, despite the bad reviews
