Only after putting it together the last thing being to install the wheels did we find one bottom end cap was poorly spot welded

Two different customer service reps actually wanted me to dismantle the cart wrap it back up and return it

After time on the phone including several very long holds the rep said she was going to refund me and i could do what i want with the cart

Although i received a refund this isnt how i really wanted things to go i didnt expect a refund and never asked for one

However there was a defect with one of the wheels which makes the cart slanted
