I did not believe that this product would work, but it surprised me. It filters out the strongest odors making my air a lot fresher in my bedroom. The fan on it isn't that loud at all either. I sometimes forget that I even have it turned on. I wish that it would permanently eliminate odors but it works dorn well in the meantime. You could have a pile of dirty laundry, sweaty socks, and an old plate of food in the room and TrueAir will knock the smell out as long as it is turned on. It makes my breathing a lot easier too. I LOVE this thing! This is one of the best eliminating odor products out there by far. I highly recommend it!  Read Less

I put this unit in the "under the stairs" closet where the cats litter box is. We use a cat door for them to access but the human door stays closed. I've often considered my options for eliminating the odor of the litter box...and came across this unit. It's been running nonstop for about a week and there is a dramatic reduction in odor. I really thought there would be more odor reduction but it's working. The unit is very quiet and I'll keep using it.  Read Less
