Iâm constantly cooking curry and pasta sauces, and the white insides of the pans have never stained.

Also to keep in mind, don't submerge these pans in cold water when they are hot, thats when the coating comes off on the outside.

Also note that these are not recommended for induction stove tops as it is stated on the box.

I know it is still soon to speak but i have bought some sets in the past and within 2 weeks i knew it was a bad purchase.
