Treadmill works great, but was chipped on both sides when it got here.

I received it and the hardest part was getting it out of the box.

When it first arrived, the side rail and one knob were broken--most likely due to the fact that there was no styrofoam or other cushioning and the flimsy box was torn to shreds by the 110 lb contents.

It ran great at first, however, it kept stopping suddenly and displaying e2 errors, even after adjusting the track as recommended in the manual.

It worked again for a while, however, it begain to malfunction again with an e2 error.

I looked online for more information and found a video on how to take the treadmill apart and adjust the sensor inside to resolve the issue, however, it didn't seem to help.

After calling paradigm customer service for a third time, i was told that they have since upgraded the sensor and are sending me a new one, which i should be able to install myself.

Hopefully, this will resolve the issue and the new exerpeutic (formerly known as paradigm) treadmills don't have these same problems.
