What the directions dont simply tell you after you attach the legs with the wheels is that theres only one knob that you have to pull out to lift the arms up and another knob to pull to bring the walking area down

It says its weight limit is 350 but the rear roller bent atleast thats what my brother thinks it is after my husband used it and he doesnt even weight 300

Also the running belt slips after 3 mins of use so it becomes a big pain in the butt

We have called the company atleast 10 times a day for the last 3 days and no one ever answers and they never call you back so i dont know why they even have a voicemail
