It is surprising loud but the other design issues are more disappointing

The power switch is to close to the handle release height selector is weak the handle hose is not long enough and does not swivel on either end

The handle grip does not allow you to get under anything unless it is parallel with the floor and with no swivel the hose pulls the vacuum over

The handle is difficult to drop and if you lower the handle first you cannot get to the power button
