The plastic hose has broken off the plastic connector (photo attached) and the cord has several areas where the cables are exposed due to the cord breaking open.

Although it doesn't have the power as some i have used, it did seem to work really well with the front brushes pulling up hair and debris.

I bought this a month ago, it work beautifully and then after about 2 weeks the hose kept getting clogged.
