Bought on black friday lucky i only wasted 10 only started using 3 weeks ago and now it shows it is charged if i plug into to charge but when it is unplugged it is showing it needs to charge and will not pair to my phone

The volume is low and despite following the instructions to turn them off they stayed on and the battery ran down completely

I tried the included miniusb cable a couple of other miniusbs i know are reliable as well as multiple usb ports and a wall charger and nothing worked
