When we first tried the coffee maker it backed up so we thought it was the reusable filter

Makes good coffee the reusable basket is a cone basket the top is hard to open i had to cut off part of the latch to make it open better

Would i buy it again maybe but im coming off a keurig experience which was way too expensive
