Both had a nice scent to them and consistency is very similar
As far as cleaning my hair this brand did a little bit better of a job getting the grease out

The smell is somewhat strong so if you dont care for strong fragrances then this might not be the product for you

It is however very thin and i did not think to put this cowash into a pour bottle which would have made its use a whole lot easier
