I have used other products in the past that use suction to help the resin penetrate into the chip and have worked fine

This kit gives you a ton of resin to do the whole familys windshield repairs

3m should take this off the market

I usually buy rainx brand but thought i would try 3m because of their reputation

Spent the weekend trying to fix a chipped windshield on my wifes jeep
