The elastic works very well with the project i am making
The product itâs self was as advertised
Poor quality it came all tangled together in a lump all wrinkled makes it hard to use we had to recoil everything
So when it came it was very good quality and so i purchased again
Shipping
The shipping label was printed right away and shipped 2 days before the date of arrival2 weeks later
Again the shipping label was printed as soon as the order was placed
I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but we also have to have be realistic on shipping

The picture shows the elastic cord wrapped on a core but product delivered is different we had to untangle everything and trying to smoothen it out

The elastic is good quality but the customer service and communication were they worse i contacted on numerous occasions and no response
