Staff is friendly and helpful the room is somehow clean but the floor is looking rather dirty and you wouldnt like to go around without shoes on you feet

This was my experience at the henrietta in addition to a smelly bathroom and staff while incredibly friendly and polite were inexperienced

The light switches did not work properly so the bathroom was dark half of the time

The phone was not working so we could not order breakfast and the cups for the coffee were still dirty from the people before us
