When i called the front desk they said that they could not do anything about it because the temperature outside was fluctuating too much

However an internal temperature of 5560 degrees was not warm enough to be comfortable during januaryfebruary in cincinnati

To start there is no clear sign showing any parking

Then to top it off they don’t inclose as soon as you check in they charge you another room fee of 50 just in case for any accidentals in the room
