Pros
Rooms are quite comfortable- loved the soft bed. Furnishings are updated. Rooms have a microwave amd refrigerator. Spacious room. Computers need upgrading.
Springhill offers a free airport shuttle pickup. They have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up at the nearby metro station, as well as the airport. About a 40 minute metro ride to downtown chicago.
It is pricey but convenient. Value is very good for the area. All the other positives outweigh that inconvenience.
Stayed here in may for an early morning flight to ohare. They take care of their customers and i stay here a lot and will continue to do so. Beast to be ona.

Oh, im not sure where the nearest lou malnati's pizza is let me get my phone and ill google it" "the shuttle is a joke.

The hotel is outdated and dingy

The staff failed to inform our group about the scary underground parking garage and when there was no where else on site to park in their cumbersome oddly shaped parking lot they sent their rude security personnel to our room at 1130 pm to force us to move our vehicle

Meanwhile they had vans and buses parked all over in non designated parking spaces
