The first thing in room in 205 i killed a spider in the bathroom i called the front desk and spoke with a katie advised they to move out of that room but will wait until the am to do the move but then my uncle called and they found a bug in the bed with them took it to the front desk and all they did was offer to clean the room call the pest control and refund for the first time

If you are going to stay on the second floor please buy something to kill the odor of the smoking

When the ac went out they sent someone to repair it right a way

But the first room we were given 101 was on the first floor at the opposite end of the hotel from the front desk right next to the only other entry door and the room had been sprayed with a floral air freshener which was terrible

At least the room was clean and the refrigerator worked well
