Pros
Rooms are large and clean, beds are comfy, staff are friendly. The shower has body wash, shampoo & conditioner.
Lots of other pastry choices, fruit, waffles (though questionable to have a jar of mix sitting on the counter) decent continental breakfast with roomy seating area. Right off the highway for quick trips.
Good location and easy to get around town. Very convenient.
Cons
Scrambled eggs are inedible. Absolutely nothing for a gluten free person. Unit should have been adequately insulated against noise.
Staff didn't seem to treat reservation change as an exceptional situation. No one was responding to their calls from the provider they use! Arrived around 3 pm and hoped there would be some correction to the problem by 7 pm.

Continued my search of the room to find an extremely disgusting yellow pillow protector underneath a clean pillow case

The fridge had finger prints outside the door and inside had several crumbles hairs and lots of spots from spilled liquids

As a housekeeper i take pride in my work and i was very disappointed to see a room left for a guest like that

The areas that were not cleaned in my room would have taken a total of 5 minutes to fix

The housekeeper didn’t care and it was obvious that the person in charge of checking the room before allowing a guest to check in didn’t care either
