Cons
Hotel room was beautifully decorated but exceedingly small. Place is way overpriced. I’ve grudgingly come to accept these fees in places like hawaii.
No bottle opener in room. Room has an ice bucket, but mysteriously there is no ice machine. When i called room service get the silverware i got hung up on 3 times.

The other issue was i had asked about shopping in upscale boutiques and the gentleman only knew about lajolla and fashion valley mall chock full of luxury brands but not what i was looking for

The room was too small for one person let alone 2

We had a few suitcases and there was absolutely no room for them if we wanted to walk to the tiny bathrooms
