The bar was connected to the restaurant and when the other couple complained that they were still waiting the bartender told us there was actually no such thing as an 8

While the food was nice the wait staff were completely overworked and couldn’t care less about us

We politely told the hostess how disappointed we were she looked embarrassed as did the waiter who was clearly also agrieved by the situation which no doubt meant he was consistently serving annoyed customers
