For a supposedly higher-end hotel, they need to be more customer centric. Seriously disappointing in this caliber of an hotel.
No expression of ihg status or kimpton brand upon arrival. The elite benefits were not mentioned and when requested were not offered. There was only one chair and a bureau.
Happy hour is very meager (again, esp. The bar was closed for both evenings) waited 10 minutes for my room keys and the cookies. However, we were dissapointed in our dinner.
In this day and age a simple coversion to using led bulbs, not even having to change the fixtures would work. Management needs to revisit their policy on that.

Although one elevator was not functional when we arrived it was repaired within 24 hours we were impressed by the sense of urgency
