Crystal bobby alexis and lucas as well as the cleaning staff all bent over backwards for us

Before booking i emailed the hotel from their website form to ask them questions on protocols that werent listed anywhere on their site

I then messaged them on ig to ask for some other email to try to contact them again and they sent me a link to the cleaning protocols
