Pros
Staff there is very friendly and very informative. Decor is simple and welcoming. Washer/dryer is great.
Cons
Walls are not soundproof or even that sound-dampening. Beds are hard, pillows are flat. No a/c, uncomfortable beds, guest soap smells like lemon lysol.
They advertise housekeeping (they had no housekeeping). The hdmi cable was unplugged from the tv. There was not a table in the room to eat on. When i pay this much i expect maid service.

Staff member said if your child broke the tv i signed saying i would cover any damages
