I booked the ibis shepherds bush as it was close to shepherds bush empire where myself and my daughter were seeing a mika concert

Cons the towels provided are too small and thin and the rooms could do with more lighting as i found mine quite dark

If you enjoy spending most of your time solving different problems with your accomodation and discussing different issues with the staff that’s the hotel for you

First we checked in a room that was cold 211 the heating system didn’t work it was 9 celsius degrees otside there was mold under the window and draught

This time it was ok 327 not cold though the heating system still not working
