Nevertheless i expected a truly 5 star allinclusive experience and it didn´t met my expectations

Minor problems like the ones below should be avoided at this hotel category 1 we were 2 people in a twin bed room and it cost us 3 days to get toilette articles for 2 instead of 1 2 we were informed at the check in not at reservation time that there are a limited of restaurant dinners not buffet included in the stay 3 the wine included at the meals is frankly bad

Summary of other bad experiences 1 it is all inclusive resort but they don’t replinish shampoo and hair conditioner and per receptionist this is only for another level of reservation more absurd because the shampoo and conditioner were terrible 2 food of pelo restaurant are not good meat was like a rock to cut and they don’t replinish often
