Seyil, irene, princesse and all the staff at hotel malte, merci et. This is a level of service that i have rarely experienced before. Staff is so welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is small and the standard room is quite petite but cozy. The hotel decor is chic and makes it very cozy. Rooms very clean. Comfy bed in a quiet room.

Excellent location and hôtel. The location is perfect for touristic attractions. The hotel is in the middle of the city – walking distance to everything. Perfect location for our jam-packed few days of sightseeing.

The breakfast downstairs is daily and there’s a small courtyard where you can sit. Complimentary pastries available 2 pm - 2 am.

The room fridge is restocked daily with water, juice and soft drinks. The hotel also has an open buffet that runs all day with a range of snacks and drinks. They have complimentary cookies an drinks in the afternoon.

I appreciate the desire and attention to complete this task, but if hospitality is the goal - it was not meet.

Second room much better but still nothing to brag about. Beds very hard, pillows just okay. Isn't that was you want a hotel room for?

It's a damp sewer smell that's probably a result of the showers constantly flooding the bathroom floors and carpet. No shower curtains so the floor was just wet everytime after a shower. The bedding is sub-par.
