I contacted the hotel to ask for a credit for next year when i would be able to travel and did not request a refund

The assistant steve gray refused to honor my request and informed me that he couldnt help with a credit to stay for next year even with a letter from my doctor

He stated that i would lose our full payment and would need to pay for our lodging again for next year even though we had not received anything for this years payment
