Beds and pillows need to be discarded and replaced right away infact they should have been discarded over a decade ago

If they want customers like me to come back they need to take action right away and should mention it in the discription that they have been upgraded so previous customers like me would know

Although from location perspective it cant get any better but just because of the beds i will probably will not come back unless they do something about them

So like i said everything was excellent except for the beds that were very lumpy and very uncomfortable

The internet never worked from our room and we had to go down to the lobby if we wanted to access the wifi

On some of the previous reviews people complained about the noise on the plaza but it did not keep us from sleeping at all

This was a rick steves recommendation and i would highly encourage you to stay here
