I never felt the need to complain about any hotel but this one i cant pass up

The hotel began to disappoint us upon arrival as the receptionist gave us the room key but upon entering the room it was still disorganized and dirty from the previous guest

But what was most disappointed was the poor receptionist who also takes care of the coffee

Close to metro and bus stop 200300 meters bad noise from the streets though we were on 5th floor breakfast for vegetarians was totally not worth it

I was aghast to note the security relating to the luggage storage area appeared to be nonexistent
