Mostly nice people but they are subcontracted to the hyatt not part of the hyatt staff so they didnt have direct access to the hotel restaurant reservation system they had to wait until the restauarant was open

And they messed up one of my family outings though it was fixed at no charge to me

Yes we had maps but still made wrong turns or incorrect staircases

Not only that but he personally saw that we got a different room and helped us with some logistical issues getting our clothes laundered
