The hotel tried to look at cctv when i reported this issue but couldnt find any proof

The damage caused was 269 euro by the car rental company which is a big disappointment

We arrived late on a sunday night but the shuttle still came to collect us from seiano station and we got a lovely welcome from the reception staff

The hair dryer was also very difficult to use so maybe bring your own

After dining at laccanto the staff even created custom chocolate macrons for the kids because the ones served to us adults had a liquor filling that they werent able to eat
