Staff attitude and behavior compensate for the room size. Each room has a refrigerator. Masks were required while in public places and a two-person limit listed per elevator.
The hotel is generally super-cozy, and really well-maintained. The hotel overall is a little compact but i suppose that’s nyc for you. The price (especially on weekends) is reasonable for such a nice place in he world's financial capital.
Cons
The lobby is miniature and dirty. The floor to ceiling windows are pretty nice, but you could feel the cold coming from outside. The lamp beside the tv is extremely bright, so it would not be a good idea to watch tv with it open. However the brightnes... Read More

The marriott really needs to rethink this. I was "upgraded" due to status with marriott.

Got moved to the double room fridge wasnt plugged in tv box wasnt plugged in 1 set of towels for 2 people light out above bathroom sink only 1 outlet port to plug in anything

Disliked · night staff members were rude not helpful and unprofessional except for andrew which we felt should be overseeing the night operation

When asked if anyone could swing by our room to drop offpick up key we were told no one was at front desk

The 2nd night 7722 incident was to do with the room not getting cleaned made up which we learned upon returning to the hotel
