Very loud music playing in hotel restaurantbar can be heard in our guest room until very late at night

Upon checking in i was told that the pool was closed for renovations so i would be getting a 25 restaurant credit and could also use the pool at several other properties one of which is across the street

On my third attempt i spoke at length to someone in accounting who confirmed that the credit would be issued but it never was
