First off to start our checkin experience was very unpleasant as the front desk staff are extremely rude

On the confirmation from the airlines there was no mention that we needed to print anything they refused to check us in based on our phone confirmations and requested for each group to pay 1 cuc to get internet access and email our confirmations to the front desk and then we could check in
