It was good but not great

We got a room on the ground floor but we were given the first room which has a balcony facing the restaurant not the pool directly so in the mornings we would hear the clinking of plates before 7am the hotel did not seem full at all so we were disappointed that we didnt get a ground unit across from the pool and further away from the noise

The last negative i would say was that each day we wanted to rent a bike first day we tried a bit later maybe around 11am but second day we tried around 830am and both times they told us there were no regular bikes available

Front desk staff pretty rude and dismissive despite it being low season where the hotel was at very low capacity

Just asked for a credit card they also werent very knowledgeable about airport transfer options the hotel bikes are overpriced

I believe it opened per their website in july 2018
