That said it doesn’t dry out and keeps my lips moisturized enough not to cause excessively dried skin patches lifting along the edges nor soaking up the primer so much so where it turns into a string of dead skin goop

I read someone’s review of their lipstick not transferring even while wearing a face mask … idk what product they used but it must’ve not been the same one as this primer
