I've used it for 2 years, and every time there's about 1/3 of the bottle left the pump just won't take any product out.

I have to open it up and start fishing for product with the straw and ultimately know i am going to leave a ton of product behind because i can't get it out.

I have sent my feedback to lm several times with no response and just switched to another lm foundation that is not in a glass bottle.

You can literally be blindfolded and grab any foundation and it'll look far better than this.
