This product has been a huge disappointment was always really hard to apply and as time has gone on its only gotten harder to use

Some of the product goes on chunky and no matter how much i try and work the product it just doesn’t glide on and even when it does it’s so hard to get clean lines because of how dry the formula is

It is very smooth putting on however it is not smudge proof and not very waterproof also it clumps up

Good news is that it stays on a long time bad news is that once it is on you cannot smudge it or move it at all

However four stars because i find it does smudge onto my eyelids unless i set it with a fair amount of translucent powder and literally the day after i got it at sephora the tarte website put it on sale for 14
