And i know that’s kind of the point of this shampoo but it states that it also adds softness which it does not at all.

It is very rich, the lather is very thick and it doesn't seem to dry my hair out.

My hair is pin board straight and thin so as you could imagine i've tried many volume products most don't work but i believe this line of alterna did add some volume.
