This feels like a drier oil, so it may work for some oily skin folks. It did do its job of removing makeup for me. However, I am only giving it two stars because this product broke me out. Maybe it was because of the strong fragrance, but if you have sensitive skin, use with caution.  Read Less

I’ve only had this face was for a couple days but I have put it through the ringer. I’m a swim instructor so I deal with dried out, imbalanced ph, chlorinated skin every day. I’ve tried every single thing I can think of to combat the drying effects of the water, some things help, most things don’t. I wanted to get an oil cleanser for times I have a a few minutes to rinse off before I go lifeguard or something else where I am no longer in the pool but I don’t have a long enough break to properly wash and moisturize. I looked at the Tatcha, Jose Maran and Biosance oil cleansers as well but I liked the simplicity of this the best. I also washed my hands in store with those three, they all performed as expected but didn’t wow me. When I tried this one it seemed much more viscous which I like and the citrus herbal smell was heavenly. As far as the cleansing property, I did have to use a second method to remove my mascara but my face felt hydrated but not oily after which is what I bought this for.  Read Less
