Pros
These contain 1 mg of melatonin per gummy along with a blend of calming herbs. The gummies are a convenient and pleasant way to take a supplement. The only thing i don't care for is sugar coated.

Cons
The nyquil melatonin gummies have a pretty low dosage per gummy. The drowsy feeling stays at least 90 mins after waking up. Most of my melatonin pills start at 5mg in comparison - so i'm not really sure where the whole 3x's the dose claim comes from.

It was ok at the start but the more i took them the worse it got

Only way i can stomach them was plugging my nose while chewing and flushing the taste away with water afterwards
