Pros

Even long walks used to lock my lower back up. It makes me relax and helps muscles and areas of my body where i experience discomfort. I am able to do dead-lifts without worry, bent-over rows, etc.

It is as strong or as gentle as you need it to be. It is very well made from the product down to the packaging. The customer service provided by the company is top-notch.

Neck back massager with heat feels so good! This is one of the best massagers i’ve ever owned. The heating provided while massaging is very nice. This massager is great for everyone.

Cons

The power connector falls off way too easily, and its connection point is too short. The massage heads are so deep within the body of the device, that they don't actually massage anything. It no longer turns on after just 3 uses.
