Pros

One requires a plug and the other is rechargeable. It seems to last forever on a charge, but when you do have to recharge it does quickly. I am really impressed by how long the battery life lasts even after i had it unplugged for days.

Just as advertised. It has enough pressure to really knead the muscles. My only dislike is that i don't really feel heat during the massage.

Love this device. Love my portable shiatsu massager. This thing is fantastic.

Cons

It appears to me that the charging cable is malfunctioning. Stopped working within 2 days of using it. Even after fully charging, it shuts off in less than a minute after starting, which means it wouldn't be a battery problem.
