Pros

It's darn good, but there are a few drawbacks. Zyllion is a company that stands behind their products with great customer service. Very helpful and useful item at home. Seems to be more reliable so far.

Comes with a charger, instructions and a warranty card. Comes with an ac adaptor to plug into an outlet. It is battery powered which makes it easy to use without needing to plug it in.

I usually use the heat and the air pressure button which i only know becuase my daugher was reading over the instructions as we talked about how massive this thing was. The heat takes awhile to warm up.

The compression is terrific. The vibration is subtle enough to keep the blood flowing without making you nauseous. Where the heat does come up, it eventually gets warm enough to be comforting.

The unit is large and a bit heavy but sturdy and well made. My husband's hand is larger and thicker. The unit seems to have a built in sensory unit to detect how big your hands are and therefore how deep it can go.

Cons

I'm kind of heartbroken by how ineffective this device was. Cannot use due to health reasons.
