This design squashes the product into almost a puree state due to the the fact that 30 percent of the head is really flat metal surrounding the holes

Its simply too much flat metal surface coming into contact with the boiled potatoes and not enough holes or ports for the product being mashed to pass through

It would be even better if there was a gel comfort part at the base
