The thermometer seems to work well out if the box i havent been able to get consistent readings of temperature but its partially my fault for not always directing the sensor towards the correct spots to gather readings

One thing i can attest to is that the product does a good job measuring ambient and room temp to find hit or cold spots in like air conditioner vents or computers it dosent have a laser dot to show exact where the reading is from but frankly isnt quite needed

When you take off the cover for the forehead the thermometer automatically switches to ear mode

But the product i recieved dont have ear option whem i tried to select it only adult mode child mode and memory mode was avaliable
