Pros

You won't be disappointed by zwilling's professional s knife.

Lightweight, the handle just fits my small hands, slices with ease and precision. It is very well balanced & is effortless to use.

Cons

The product code imprinted on the knife itself is 31021-200, which per the manufacturer website appears as a model with cosmetic imperfections. This quality control is extremely disappointing. Don't buy henckels.

It looks as if someone at the factory banged the cutting edge into something. Now, it's only a matter of time until a big chunk of the steel blade simply falls off.

I read a couple mixed reviews regarding people getting a 34second34 quality knife with obvious blemishes

It is well worth the price and any effort to keep it clean and dry

I never knew i needed a high priced knife until i bought this one

I cant afford a complete set so i will be adding one knife at a time from zwilling until my life seems complete
