This is a bit tricky to install since it wraps around the bottom seat cushion and you have to wind it througharound any electronics that are on the underside of the seat

I know some of the people were telling that it gets loose however the way my husband installed it as per instructions it did not move and stayed tight for the past 2 months

The other downfall is that the plastic piece that holds the sizing broke the first week

The bottom part of the belt that usually goes around the stomach is obviously going through the hook part on the installed device
